Where do you ship?

Within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much is shipping?

A flat $7.95 per order, and free once your order passes $75.

How long will my order take?

Orders leave within one business day and arrive in 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it is scanned.

Are the tools built to stay outside?

The steel and cast-iron pieces and the galvanized ware are made for outdoor use; wipe them down and store them dry over winter. Ash and hardwood handles last longest with an occasional coat of oil.

Do you take returns?

Thirty days, unused and in the original packaging, refunded to the original payment method. See Shipping & Returns.

Something arrived damaged.

Send a photo to support@limitlessonline.store and we will ship a replacement straight away. You do not need to send the broken piece back.

Do you offer gift packing?

Yes, on request and at no charge — leave a note at checkout and we will pack it without prices and include a handwritten card if you give us the message.

What name appears on my card statement?

Charges appear as LIMITLESS ONLINE. If you see anything you do not recognise, email us before contacting your bank and we will sort it out the same day.
